Aufgrund der großen Resonanz nach dem openeverything camp im Dezember 2008 haben wir uns entschieden, in einer Veranstaltungsreihe einzelne Initiativen, die offene Modelle der Zusammenarbeit nutzen, ausführlich zu präsentieren. Ab dem 26. Februar findet openeverything focus jeden vierten Donnerstag im Monat statt. Besonders freuen wir uns, dass die Creative Commons Community mit im Boot ist und ab sofort der CC-Salon gemeinsam mit den openeverything events stattfindet.
Mit der Reihe wollen wir offen gebliebenen Fragen, Initiativen und Netzwerken eine stetige Live-Begegnungs-Plattform verschaffen. Eins unserer Ziele ist es, über die Grenzen der Veranstaltungen hinaus ein Bewusstsein für neue und parallele Denk-, Business-, Arbeits- und Gesellschaftsformen zu schaffen. Die Dokumentation der Veranstaltungen ist uns daher besonders wichtig. In den Treffen sollen Fachbereiche intensiv zusammengeführt und einzelne Projekte ausführlich vorgestellt werden. Auch Fragen zum begrifflichen und geschichtlichen Hintergrund erhalten Ihr eigenes Forum.
Am 26. Februar möchten wir alle Interessierten zum Auftakt der Reihe in den newthinking store Berlin Mitte einladen. Auf dem Programm stehen eine von uns vorbereitete Ergebnis-Session zum Event im Dezember, ein Gastvortrag (aller Voraussicht nach zum Thema open knowledge) und die feierliche Fusion von CC-Salon und openeverything focus.
Folgende Themen sind für die nächsten Treffen in Planung: Open Design, Open Education, Openworkspaces & Co-Working, Open vs. Commons, Open Business.
